Here's a list of what's open and what's closed on Monday. State and local government offices are closed. Courts are closed. Financial and stock markets are closed. Post offices are closed with no regular mail delivery. Banks have the option to close. Public schools in West Orange are closed. NJ Transit trains will operate on a major holiday/weekend schedule.
