Two Football Players Receive Athletic Scholarships to College

Terrence Russel and Lance Smith will play at Albany and Northern Michigan

West Orange High School football players Terrence Russel and Lance Smith each received an athletic scholarship to attend college in the fall. Russel will play at Albany (Division 1FCS) and Smith will play at Northern Michigan (Division 2). Head football coach John Jacob said, "The most rewarding aspect of this process was witnessing the personal growth of both of these young men during the course of their careers here at West Orange High School." Jacob added, "While I contend that they are very talented football players, I am prouder to say they are great young men.
