Terrible service, took my car there because of my insurance, 4 years later and still having problems. had to find another company to fix the problem and pay out of pocket. Regret ever going there to this day.

Kept our car weeks longer than promised-for no reason other than they took on too much work/not waiting for parts, etc., causing additional car-rental costs which they said they would cover if our insurance would not.
Cost us over $500 in extra charges for rental. They even ducked our calls, and never reumbursed us. UP YOURS, West Orange Auto Body! Avoid like the flu!!
