Team Management 2000 is a non-profit social service agency and licensed intensive outpatient treatment facility with offices in West Orange, Hackensack, Paterson and Union City.
The center treats primarily at-risk youth, single parents, welfare families, individuals coping with drug addiction and mental health issues, families infected and affected by HIV/AIDS, incarcerated populations, ex-offenders re-entering their communities, as well as adults and youth with physical and mental disabilities seeking employment. For them, it offers educational training, life-skills training, substance abuse prevention and intervention, GED preparation, mentoring, clinical counseling, transitional housing assistance, employment readiness and placement and comprehensive case management services.
