I used to find this establishment a great place to visit. But after my recent visit this past Friday, I have now decided not to attened any more nail sessions at this location. At one time cleanliness was number one at this salon, but yesterday when I was having a pedicure, the woman that was working on me dropped one of her tools that fell on the floor. She just picked it up and was going to continute working on my feet without first sanitizing the tool! I had to stop her before she began again. When she was done with my feet she washed the tools that she just used on my feet in the same durty water that had not drained from the feet bowl and placed them back in her box to be put back on her manicure table.

There was also a incident when the woman that I knew for some time embarrased me in public regarding the lenth of the nails on my feet in a loud voice that made me feel greatly uncomfortable. I find this situation very unprofessional and I recommend that anyone reading this review do not visit this establishment. On Monday, I will be making a complaint to the West Orange Health Department regarding the dirty conditions not only in the front of the salon, but also in the back where I saw dirty towels, food exposed on tables, and other violations of the health code.
