DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS! The rates are expensive, the “luxury town car” that I rode in was falling apart and was very dirty, the driver was not nice and barely spoke English (I thought this was America), and the customer service was terrible. Let me explain the customer service- the cab does not know how to park in the correct parking lot to pick you up. There is no communication, no phone calls to let you know where the driver is. And reserving a cab is hell. The people on the other end of the phone are nasty and do not give you one ounce of respect.
In short, this company should not exist. I do not understand why people still give them their business. There are many other cab companies in the area- find another one and DO NOT give this one your business. I never write reviews but I was so disgusted with this company that I felt compelled to say something.
