Bridal Elegance is a locally owned dressmaking shop. The brother and sister team of owners are available for any of your wedding, event or prom dress needs. Tailoring is done on the premises.

19 months after my wedding and I am still waiting to receive my dress back. It was sent out for cleaning and preserving (cost - $400) and I was told dresses are normally ready in 6 - 10 months.
I have been calling Bridal Elegance every two weeks for an update since December 2010 - and have been told "we may have a shipment coming in next week- we'll call you". The call back never arrives. Needless to say, I am not happy. As of today, after two more calls in the past week to the salon, I was told "we're only the middle man" and they can't control when my dress arrives.
After telling the employee I spoke with how upset I was that it's been 19 months, she seemed annoyed, gave me attitude when I again asked her when I would know where my dress is.
I can't imagine how you can run a business and use vendors who do not comply with what you tell your customers. Either that, or my dress is never returning and they are too scared to tell me.
Unfortunately, since I am receiving no help from the salon on this matter, I'm hoping that by others reading about my negative experience that I will one day see my wedding dress again.
