The music in there is dreadful. they need to stop playing that jazz crap! Would it kill you to play WBLS once in a while? Also, why is the older woman stopping to cut hair to make transactions?! My haircut had to get interrupted twice because she had to do it. That is despicable. It is hot. and I would like it if my children had something to occupy them while in there. I remember a tablet was offered to them but now, nothing. Also. this woman at the front desk was being really rude to me when I tried to pay for my cut. why do you need my information when I am not coming back? And I would like a receipt. I dont check my email. I would actually like proof of purchase instead of something virtual. Please 8 to 8, check your standards.

Sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience with us. I have noted your suggestions which are valid and quite helpful! Some times in the pursuit of making things fresh and new, we forget how much charm there is in being good and old fashioned. Don't give up on us quite yet, with your suggestions we will be implementing some old wrinkles that you might like. We also need to keep hearing those great ideas you have! As for the Jazz, we kinda like it at certain times of the day but we do take requests, just come back in and ask.
