Business Administrator, Assistant Superintendent Contracts Up for Vote
Here's what is on the agenda for West Orange this week.
The West Orange's Board of Education meeting is scheduled for 8 p.m at Liberty Middle School, 1 Kelly Drive 51.*
On the agenda, the board will approve contracts for the Business Administrator, Mark Kenney, for $197,925 and Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Donna Rando, for $201,123. The full agenda is attached for review.
On Wednesday, the Mayors Program for Individuals with Disabilities will host a submarine party from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m at the Ginny Duenkel Pool.
Mayor Robert Parisi will host office hours Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at township hall.
On Friday, the Farmers Market will continue at its new location. Residents are encouraged to head down from 12 to 6 p.m. to check out the great fresh produce that two local farmers are selling along with the delicious snacks and foods offered by our other vendors.
Also Friday night, the recreation department will host its 10th Sports and Games Night at 7 p.m. at the Ginny Duenkel Pool. Cost is $6 for adults and $4 for children, which includes picnic dinner.*It was originally reported it was at the high school.
