Pet of the Week in West Orange: Mom Cat

Another young cat is looking for a good home.

This week's cat, Mom Cat, came to the West Orange Animal Welfare League with two kittens. Mom Cat is as friendly as she is beautiful, and she and her kittens are in need of new homes.

Mom Cat is spayed, and she is about 8 months to 1 year old. If you think she looks pretty in the photos, just wait until you see her in person!

To visit Mom Cat and her kittens, or any of the other animals at the Animal Welfare League, visit the Alex Caprio Animal Control Facility at 311 Watchung Ave. (behind the Thomas Edison National Historical Park) this Saturday, Aug. 4, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The shelter is also open Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

For more information, call the Animal Welfare League at (973) 736-8689, or send an email to woawl01@aol.com, or go to www.woawl.petfinder.org.
