You need a POWERBOOK!

What's a Powerbook and why do you need one?

I've been using Powerbooks for about 7 years now, off and on.  When I'm on, my life runs incredibly smoothly.  When I'm off, I start "winging it" and everything falls apart -- usually, I'll start gaining weight, losing money, and wasting time.  

What is a Powerbook, you ask?  Well, everybody's is -- and should be -- different.  Essentially a Powerbook is a binder that has all the important stuff you need to run your life in one handy-dandy place.  It might include your schedule, a section for your family budget, business notes and information, and a health and fitness tab.

What it DEFINITELY needs to have is your weekly plan sheet, your budget info, and your menu plans.  The trick is to plan, plan, plan.  You don't always have to stick with your plan, but the act of planning helps keep you on top of what's going on.  Then you're feeling spontaneous, you can recognize the impact.
