Hazel Students Participate in Gingerbread Jubliee
Hazel students rotated between stations and engaged in activities having to do with gingerbread.

On Friday, Dec. 6, Hazel Avenue School first graders participated in the first annual Gingerbread Jubilee. Students rotated between eight different stations, taking part in cross curricular activities all having to do with gingerbread.
Stations included singing songs (music), gingerbread writing (language arts), make-your-own gingerbread man (art), and gingerbread dice roll and record (math).
The special day was made possible by many parent and teacher volunteers.
