WO Man Sentenced for Sexually Assaulting a Minor

Salvador Storch, 49, was sentenced to 30 years in state prison Thursday.

A West Orange man was sentenced this week to three decades in state prison for sexually assaulting an underage girl, according to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.

Salvador Storch, 49, a West Orange mechanic, sexually abused a young girl over a three-year period, starting when she was 11 years old. The abuse came to light when school officials noticed she was not attending school regularly.

Storch must serve at least 85 percent of his 30-year sentence before he is eligible for parole. He will also face deportation to his home country of Mexico after he serves his sentence.

At the trial, Storch’s defense claimed he was intoxicated during the incidents and did not understand his actions.

He was found  of first-degree aggravated assault, three counts of second-degree sexual assault by sexual contact, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Storch admitted to Detective Louis Mignone of the West Orange Police Department that he was sexually abusing the victim. His DNA was also found on her body and underwear.

unfortunately we are a civilzed nation where castration is not an option. so now we must house and feed this animal. those wasted funds could be better utilized paying for psycho-therapy for his victum.

Another case of BLAME IT ON THE ALCOHOL! I don't think so dude. I wouldn't be dissappointed to hear this man doesn't live long enough to serve even 1/4 of his sentence. Guys who do things like this are the few who I completely hate. Not only is a crime like this completely outrageous, then he doesn't even want to take full responsibility!! Come on. And then the taxpayers foot the bill for his living expenses. Gotta love the system....
