Two Garages Broken Into at Northfield Apartment Complex

Police: Garage doors appear to have been rammed by car.

West Orange police are looking for a driver who used a car to damage two garage doors of a Northfield Avenue apartment complex and steal a $1,500 snowblower.

Police said the entire wood frame on either side of each garage was damaged when officers arrived at around 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 5.

Police said the snowblower was stolen from the first garage, but nothing was reported stolen out of the second garage.

The garages were both below an apartment, but according to police, there was no way into the apartments through the garages.
