Car14: Your asserttion is unsupported by documentable fact. For example: Burglaries decreased from 15 in January 2012 to 10 in January 2013. Violent crime (of all types) decreased from 8 in January 2012 to 3 in January 2013. We are all hearing about the crime that does happen more swifly, and the information is disseminated more broadly, due to the Internet...period.
