Man Sought After Flashing Woman in South Orange Village

Officers from the South Orange and West Orange police departments were not able to find the man who allegedly pulled down his pants and exposed himself Sunday evening.

Local authorities are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman in South Orange over the weekend, according to a police report.

A South Orange woman was walking her dog just before 6 p.m. Sunday on North Wyoming Avenue near Franklin Terrace at the time of the incident, police said.

Officers from the South Orange and West Orange police departments were not able to find him, police said.

According to the report, a man approached her from behind with his pants down, and when she turned around and saw him exposing himself.  

The man turned and ran North on Wyoming Avenue and then West onto Brookwood Drive, police said.

Police described the man as a black man, about 5-foot-9 and 190 pounds and looked to be in his 20s, police said.
