Wow Jon !!! A little touchy are we ??? Mr.Nedd is simply pointing out the answer to a silly question. Police have rules that must be followed, and contrary to the " herd's " grasp of what law enforcement is permitted to do, there are constitutional protections to securing individual privacy. You have an IQ of 152 ?? Wow - maybe there is a spoon company close by that could use some assistance in the Bending department.

In motor vehicle investigations, police can subpoena cell phone records in New Jersey, which include time stamped data records such as texting. Mr. Nedd doesn't understand Constitutional law with his knowledge, he creates it with his behavior.
