Community Update

I am a West Orange resident and live in the Tory corner section and am an avid animal lover of all animals, or so I was.
My daughter was walking mini-schnauzer yesterday, when a pit-bull attacked out dog viciously. Our dog was no match for this brute.
My pet was severely injured, puncture wounds all over his body.
One of his legs were not just broken but just about crushed. At this moment he lays in the hospital on IV ,on morphine and other drugs. This incidence is costing me thousands. This dog has attacked before , yet this dog is still loose and unrestrained.
How do people get away with this?
