Annual Frank Schott Blood Drive Held In November

Stage Left Restaurant of New Brunswick graciously feeds all donors a delicious Irish breakfast in appreciation for their donation!

The Essex County Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh and The Celtic Sisters will hold the 7th annual Frank Schott Memorial Blood Drive Sunday, Nov. 24, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Shillelagh Club at 648 Prospect Avenue, West Orange.

The Schott Blood Drive is in memory of the late Frank Schott, Former Chief of the Orange Fire Department.

The Blood Drive collected more than 125 pints of blood last year and has become a major event for the NJ Blood Bank. The NJ Blood Center has reported that blood supplies are lower than ever this year and that this years drive is needed more than ever  to replenish supplies as we head into the holiday season.
