West Orange's 2nd Jamaican Flag Raising in Celebration of 50 Years of Independence.  The Keynote Speaker will be Consul General of Jamaica Herman G. LaMont.  Other speakers are Christine Bayyan and Maxine Gardner, daughters of Jamaican Olympic Legend Keith Gardner O.D.  Special Greetings Hon. Robert D. Parisi, Mayor of West Orange and other elected officials.
