Burlesque producer The Luvely Rae brings classic burlesque and a slew of talented friends to this monthly variety show. Every month the cast changes, as The Pour House brings a little of seaside sideshow fun to the heart of West Orange. Past acts have included: escapism, circus hula hoop, fire eating, bed of nails, human block head, contortion, glass eating, glass walking, and body stapling. This show takes places the 3rd Friday of every month. A few of October’s talented artists include: contortionist and burlesque performer Apathy Angel and sword swallower Adam the Real Man. Adam the first Real Man- Shortly after graduating from Coney Island USA’s Sideshow School, Adam became one of the premier sideshow acts in New York City and beyond. Over the past eleven years, Adam has had the privilege of performing for audiences ranging from corporate clients and charity events in venues such as country clubs and ballrooms to summer camps for excited campers, and for nightclub goers and party revelers at some of New York’s hottest venues. When Adam is not on stage entertaining the masses he can be found teaching his trade at Coney Island USA’s Sideshow school.

Apathy Angel- Apathy Angel is a multifaceted artist and performer living and working in NYC. A classically trained ballerina since childhood, she furthered her artistic career at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design where she earned a BFA in Media Arts & Animation. in 2005 she found herself in New York where she quickly gained a foothold in the city's nightlife and performance culture. with her provocative and innovative take on underground entertainment, Apathy creates a stir wherever she goes. Apathy's body of work centers predominantly around blurring the ideas of gender, emotional memory, absurdity, and beauty. Along with performing, Apathy also works as a model, actress, contortionist, and gogo dancer in the greater New York City area.

The Luvely Rae- The Luvely Rae has been performing and producing on the burlesque scene since 2006. A professional dance instructor and actor, she uses her background in dance and theater to create unique burlesque routines. Some of her more recent burlesque productions include: Spice! an evening of variety; The Luvely Rae’s One Night Stand, and The Bowery Burlesque Pageant. Some of her favorite venues include: Drom (NYC), The Green House Theater (Chicago), The DL (NYC), Le Poisson Rouge (NYC), Lee Gibbon’s on Main (PA).
