Arts ETC & Catfish Friday presents Searching for What's Real, A Panel Discussion

ARTS ETC and Catfish Friday Women’s Art Collective are pleased to announce the event Searching for What’s Real, a panel discussion that will take place Saturday July 13th at the Firehouse Gallery on 56 Prospect Street in Newark’s Ironbound section from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Funded by grants from the New Jersey Council for the Humanities and Essex County Division of Cultural and Historic Affairs the discussion will be lead by Nell Painter, Professor Emeritus from Princeton University and will feature artists Gladys Grauer, Eleta Caldwell, Bisa Washington and Yoland Skeete.  This panel event will launch the digital archive project of Catfish Friday Women’s Art Collective, a program of the non-profit art organization ARTS ETC.
