ANNUAL WEST ORANGE VETERANS DAY CEREMONY

Cancelled last year due to storm damage to the War Memorial Park, the Township will resume holding its Annual Veterans Day Ceremony at 11:00 AM, Monday, November 11, 2013, on the southeast lawn of Township Hall.

Though the majority of the Hurricane Sandy induced destruction was remediated by Memorial Day, the monuments in the park itself were recently restored and refinished; courtesy of VFW Post 376, Puglisi Pools and the West Orange Elks. Students from West Orange High School's award winning music program will be performing and cadets from the newly formed Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Program are also slated to participate.
