One week after a two-alarm fire, the West Orange Bake Shop will reopen Friday, according to published reports.
The Bake Shop at 480 Pleasant Valley Way was forced to close for the last week after a two-alarm blaze spread from the kitchen to basement on Sept. 24.
The owner Yitzi Mittel told the New Jersey Jewish News the shop would reopen Friday.
