HOLIDAY: A reminder that Friday, December 7th we will be lighting our Holiday Tree at Town Hall. Festivities start at 4:30 PM and include live music & dance, a petting zoo, Kwanzaa Booth the lighting of the Tree and of course the arrival of Santa Claus. Complimentary hot chocolate and cookies will be served. There will also be an opportunity to purchase the newly minted West Orange Spirit Scarfs. A portion of the sale price will go toward helping our less fortunate residents thru the Mayor's Sunshine Fund. A series of additional special events are scheduled for Saturday the 8th. MAYOR'S TROPHY BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT: Action starts this coming week as boys and girls basketball teams from Roosevelt, Liberty, Golda Och and Pope John vie for basketball bragging rights. First round is Wed., Dec. 12th and the final round is Sunday, Dec., 16th. Full schedule is on the Rec website.
