Decision on Retraction of Cease and Desist Letter

As one of the avid believers that the Administration retracting the Cease and Desist Letter is the proper way to close this issue, I ended my Public Comment at the July 16th Council Meeting with the statement, "Mayor Parisi, the ball is in your court."

Well, I got the ball back at lunch today, with this message and I quote, "I consider the matter closed, I will not retract the C&D letter, and it is time to move on."

Personally, I believe the mayor is making a mistake, but I respect his final decision. My primary interest in this issue which was to refute the claim that the domain "westorange.info" will confuse and conflate with the official township website westorange.org remains unchallenged, and with the mayor's decsion above, I can now move on.
