Picturing America with the Newark Museum

The Newark Museum’s collection of American art ranks among the finest of any museum of its size in the United States.  Join us at West Orange Library on Sunday, April 29 at 2pm for a presentation highlighting American artists from their collection of colonial to contemporary art who have interpreted the people and culture of the times in which they lived.  Featured artists include John Singer Sargent, Winslow Homer, Georgia O’Keefe, and Andy Warhol among many others.

Funding for the Bernard Ducoff Lecture Series in the Arts and Humanities is provided in memory of Dr. Ducoff by the Ducoff family.  Register at our events calendar at www.wopl.org or call 973-736-0198.
