Join Christopheray for a two-hour, introductory workshop exploring the art and science of Pranayama, or yogic breathing.  Experience the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of Pranayama that extend beyond the mat and into every aspect of daily life.  Together, we will incorporate active and restorative asana in support of the Pranayama practice.
