Pleasantdale Celebrates National I Love to Write Day

On Friday, November 15th, Pleasantdale students and parents celebrated National I Love to Write Day.  Parents were invited to a workshop to learn about workshop model instruction, balanced literacy, and the West Orange Public Schools literacy program.  

After the workshop, parents joined their children in the classrooms for a writing workshop lesson.  Parents and their children worked together on a shared writing experience and to celebrate the life of a writer.
