Film "Fantastic Planet" at Millburn Library
The final film in the “Weird Worlds” series of family friendly films at the Millburn Free Public Library screens on Saturday April 26 at 2 pm. A continuing joint venture by the Millburn Free Public Library and the Millburn-Short Hills Art Advisory Committee, cult classic “Fantastic Planet” wraps the third year of this partnership. Also screened will be an award winning short film from the Chicago International Children’s Film Festival.
Previous series were “Classics for Kids” and “Around the World”. Films screened in the “Weird Worlds” series also included “Spirited Away” by Hayao Miyazaki, “Koyaanisqatsi” Godfrey Reggio, “A Trip to the Moon” by Georges Melies, and “The Lost World” by Harry O.
