Sacred Space Yoga is my unique series for women, combining individualized Vinyasa style Yoga & Holistic Mind, Body & Spirit practices. 

You will be deeply supported, encouraged and empowered to develop and trust your intuitive style of self-expression. This creates a more authentic lifestyle practice and therefore supports every aspect of your life. 

With our collective Goddess energy, there is an abundance of heart-centered encouragement, through laughter and occasional tears, you will find it all inside our Sacred Space. 

I encourage everyone to attend consistently, as it takes a committed practice to experience all of the benefits. This series is open to Women of all levels, who are ripe and ready to embrase their Bliss!
