Beginning November 8, 2012 from 6:30 until 7:30 p.m., the Elmwood West Presbyterian Church will host Aerobics for the Soul at the West Orange Presbyterian Center, located 20 Old Indian Road, West Orange, NJ. 

The aerobics class is open to the public and is the most high-impact, most energetic, most inspirational, workout class
ever with Certified Aerobics Instructor, Cynthia Herbert.  The class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:30 until 7:30 p.m. The fee to attend the class is a minimal $8 per person, or you may pay in advance for extended weeks.  Those who pay in advance, will receive a 10% discount.   For more information call 862-205-9061
