Please join us for our first ever GSHNJ all-Council Camp Out! Saturday-Sunday, October 6 – October 7, 2012 at The OVAL in Maplewood, N.J. All Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors; troops and individuals are welcome to joins us!

In celebration of the Girl Scout Centennial, Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey is hosting an all-Council camp out giving girls throughout our Council the opportunity to share a once-in-a-lifetime camping experience! Bring your own tent, pitch it and spend the night at The OVAL. The OVAL is located in within the picturesque South Mountain Reservation with access to miles of hiking trails, nature and more!

Girls will be able to learn a new outdoor skill(s), play games or bring program plans of their own and sing along at an evening campfire – S’mores included! And make sure to bring SWAPS (Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere) to share with girls from all areas of New Jersey!

Cost of the event is $18 for girls and adults (includes: dinner and a cold breakfast). Leaders attending must have Level One Outdoors & Overnight training (available online). More information here.
