The Bloomfield High School Boys varsity team took the lead early and held onto it tenaciously in a tournament game that ended with a 23 point margin of victory over West Orange on Monday night.
While the West Orange squad were able to get within five points of Bloomfield after a rally near the end of the second period, Bloomfield ran away with the score in the second half, ending with a 67-44 win.

You know, I realize the WOHS basketball team lost by 23 but to say H.S. players got "stomped" in a headline is out of line. These are kids not professional players and they don't deserve to be mocked ni their hometown news coverage.
