Police: Man Cuts Co-Worker's Face During Dispute

The following arrest information was supplied by the West Orange Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

An East Orange man was charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly slashed another man's face on Spring Street in West Orange, police said.

Arthur Glover, 52, was arrested Sept. 27 and released Oct. 1 after posting $25,000 bail at the Essex County Correctional Facility.

Police said Glover had a misunderstanding with a co-worker at Everett Labs, a pharmaceutical company. The dispute escalated when Glover reached into his back pocket, took out a six-inch folding knife and cut his co-worker's face.

Glover was additionally charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon.
