Man Exposes Himself on South Valley Road
A 38-year-old woman reports the incident on Saturday.
A man exposed himself to a woman while in his car on South Valley Road on Saturday.
The 38-year-old woman told police she was walking on South Valley Road near Meeker Street between 1 and 3 p.m. Saturday, when a man driving a dark-colored, older-style sedan slowed down and called her over to his car.
The man reportedly asked if the woman could help him. When the woman approached the stopped car, she reportedly saw him “exposing his penis and masturbating,” according to the police report.
The man then sped away. The woman got his license plate number, and police traced it to an expired license out of Jersey City.
The investigation is still on going, according to police.

None of you would feel that way if the man had exposed himself to your daughters. It is not funny. Please take the time to read about a predator that has been trying to lure children into his car in our neighborhood in the recent few days. I'm sure you wouldn't want this guy driving around on your street either.
